Treffen in die Niederlande?

Has there ever been a Twizy Treffen in the Netherlands? I don't know how many Twizy's are on the road in my country, and how many of the owners are on this forum, but the country is small so it should be relatively easy to reach if a central location is chosen.

Would there be any interest in an NL meet?

Moin, ich war vor kurzem (20.-22.8.) mit meinem Twizy in NL. Amersfoort und Weg zum Laagste punt van NL und zurück. Dann bin ich wieder heim gefahren.

Hallo, der User JPB hat hier eine Twizy-Karte erstellt. Wer selbst in der Karte wiederfinden will, kann sich hier eintragen lassen. In NL sind einige Twizys eingetragen, einfach hinzoomen! PriusTwizy, kannst das auch tun.

It would be fun to restore an old tradition, starting for me with the Deutschland Treffen in Rinteln. When was it, 2018?

Wonderful! All those enthusiastic men and women, trying go improve their own Twizy to the Max. There I was introduces how to jailbreak my Twizy, flabbergasted by the results. And there my wheels were aligned by a barefooted man, with good result. And the crown of it was the trip to the castle with all those Twizy’s.

The trip towards Rinteln and back home though was a culture shock, being used to ‘one charge card fits all’ so I was totally unprepared for the archaic system of charge cards in DE. Every village it’s own card. But I made it, getting a range of more than 100 km out of one charge…

Yes let’s have a meeting in the Netherlands!

I hope we can make that work someday! This coming Sunday I'm going to meet up with HollandHannes. I'm very curious what he has done to his (two) Twizy's.

Yesterday, @HollandHannes and his wife came to my house with their two Twizy's! The Prius had to move for a while, so there was room in my driveway for three Twizy's:



They charged for a while, during which we drank coffee, and I took advantage of HollandHannes' great knowledge of the Twizy. After seeing the Twiz O'meter with my own eyes, I ordered one that evening. It also seems like I need new rubber door stops and gas springs Oh well. At least my brake discs seem perfectly fine

After that, the three of us drove to the picturesque village of Muiden. Our little convoy drew quite some attention! And that completed my first Twizy (mini-)meet

Yes, been a great trip and perfect Twizy weather.

Trip was around 100 KM



Blue 2016 Cargo had a consumption of 8.1 KWh driven by my speeding wife


And my 2012 Carbon Twizy only 7.9 KWh

I'm dreaming to drive my Twizy in the silent streets of Volendam.
So many beautiful memories of my turistic trip to Holland ... unfortunatly without a Twizy ...

Once upon a time I drove to Flevoland to buy a FLEVOBIKE. This Liegerad did put a scar to my breast during a small accident. Now, 25y later it's used by another fan in the neighbourhood. The scar is still visible.
