What happens when you turn the key to first stage of "ignition"
Will you be able to start the Twizy for driving?
Probably not.
Does the display then looks like on the picture in your first post?
With pyclip you are now able to enter "TABLEAU DE BORD" and "UNITE CENTRALE HABIACLE"?
And the only error messages there are DF162 and DF180?
This would be very strange and then I have no more idea what to do.

i delete them and always no run
but battery is low
and charger no work

Did you check the voltage of all 14 cells?
If there are differences it causes different problems like yours.

When you start the pyclip app there should be a menu point to scan the car for devices.
I suppose you already did that scan.
After a successful scan, the screen should look similar to this:



In your first post you published this photo:



So at your Twizy "BCB", which is the charger is missing.
And the menu items "TABLEAU DE BORD" and "UNITE CENTRALE HABIACLE" are marked "N/A".
I suppose you are not able to enter this meu items?

So I suppose that this is the cause of your problem.
But I can't tell you, what to do.
I think the reason could be a problem with the black 12 pin connectors and the correspondending wiring.
As long as "BCB" is missing after the scan and you are not able to enter "TABLEAU DE BORD" and "UNITE CENTRALE HABIACLE" your Twizy won't start.

For your information:
TABLEAU DE BORD <-> Armarurenbrett <-> dashboard
UNITE CENTRALE HABIACLE <-> UCH
BCB <-> battery charger block = charger
