battery eqaulization

hi people, i hope this post is in the right section

i have a twizy with the ovms module, every charge i complete i receive a mail with some data in it , one row is :
CAP: 69.0% 74.6Ah
i see this value isn't fixed but it vary over the time, in example on
5 june it was CAP: 69.7% 75.2Ah
4 may it was CAP: 68.2% 73.6Ah

the data about the cell, show that some cell have a different voltage, about 35 mv between the highest/lowest cell

i have an odd idea, someone have tried to remove the battery, open it and discharge with an external load every cell to the same voltage and after it recharge the whole pack? (like with some electric bycicle battery pack?)

No no, leave balancing to the battery managment system. When you see differences in cellvoltages after loading: think of equal voltages during loading: so, the inner resistance auf the degraded cell has risen: the state of health has degraded.

You will NOT heal the degraded cell with full unload/load cycle - maybe it explodes and puts you in a different state of fun with your Twizy.
