Immobiliser not flashing and no charging % bar when plugged in & charging

Hi there,
I have noticed that the immobiliser red flashing light is no longer working when I remove the key from the ignition.
Also the charging % indicator bar no longer comes on when I plug the car in to charge.
The fans come on and it is charging ok and I can see that when I turn the key in the ignition.

The small battery is relatively new and fully charged so that’s not the issue. Lights and everything else working okay.

I’m thinking there’s no battery feed to the instrument panel when the key isn’t in the ignition.
Any ideas how to fix?

If it’s a faulty connection somewhere where should I be looking.

if all fuses and all functions are ok
yes sound like there is an issue with the connector of the instrument cluster.
You can try to reach to it after removing the right compartment (don't forget the fifth screw unter the dashboard)
or you have a ground problem, means a ground wire has no contaxt due to corrosion
