If you tune your Twizy you need the OVMS or an Ixxat USB to Can Adapter with DVT Software from sevcon.

Maybe you have a talk with Kenneth Nilsen who made a lot of technical changes in his twizy......(Akku, Controller, tuning)
and also built the Powerbox for maximum fun and Speed.Send me a PM for contact.the OVMS is also a really good way to change a lot of parameters in a special way!
But the best way for having a lot of fun and max. Information is to come to the next big Twizymeeting!(Kenneth will be there maybe)

Without changing the whole drive components like Renault did it in the F1 Type, you won't get enough power to fit to the design
Nevertheless the Design is realy cool!

Your body work looks neat -- but you didn't get any areodynamic advantages?
Exchanging motor & controller has not been done yet to my knowledge. The problem is you'll need to basically exchange all of the components once you start upgrading.
Exchanging the motor should be the easiest part, but you'll need to exchange the gear box as well -- the original gear box is limited to nominally 7000 rpm and 108 Nm input, I'd expect it to wear quickly if run on higher torque. So you should best look for a motor+gearbox module that fits.
The SEVCON G4845 controller runs on a custom Renault firmware. The G4845 also is limited to max 540 Amps output for 10 seconds / 450 Amps for a minute, so you will need to upgrade to the G4865 or another controller type. Might be necessary to upgrade to a higher voltage level as well to keep the Amps low.
Exchanging the controller or firmware will lead to an unusable dashboard, as that relies on the CAN messages generated by the Renault firmware. So you'll need new displays as well.
You'll then need to exchange the battery, as the original battery is limited to 500 Amps output (DC) by the main fuse -- normal level is ~315 Amps / max 350 Amps on new Cargos, so exceeding 400 Amps may already lead to BMS shutoffs. A battery with higher capacity makes sense anyway to keep the C rate low.
Finally you'll probably also need a new charger, as the Elips charger is undocumented and coupled to the undocumented BMS.
To sum it up:
- new gearbox
- new motor
- new controller
- new battery
- new bms
- new charger
- new instruments
...quite a way to go.
I'd love to see someone doing it. Kenneth Nilsen (creator of the power box you already use) has done a part of this, he's exchanged battery + bms + charger + instruments. I wouldn't be surprised if he also works on exchanging the rest.

More aerodynamics effect should be measurable on the power and energy side.
What power level do you need to maintain 100 kph (speedo/GPS) with that mod?

But like I mentioned on the English forum. Faster must also mean safer. This little thing was not meant to go faster. And you can tell by the brakes they use and the overall safety features. One airbag and a double belt is not enough to cruise over 100km/h through the city. Unless you want it for a track. In which case I would suggest a go kart. Much more action in that.
I find Kenneth's powerbox overwhelming at times. Sure it added safety when a zoom off first at a traffic light and I don't have some idiot SUV hang on my tail, but I have had it drift way out of turning circle.
I am speaking with a mechanics engineering team to create a magnetic ABS braking system. Just perfect for the Twizy

Do you know which brand mirrors are on renault twizy f1? I bought raceparts but they are horrible and from chip plastic with no adjustment at all. I want to buy same as on Renault twizy f1
