[Twiz O'Meter] Steering wheel buttons to control ToM via IR sensor

Yes, you read right!
This is the first accessory officialy supported by ToM: a steering wheel IR controller which will give you the possibility to manage main ToM functions, without take your hands off the steering wheel.

Despite me suggesting to use this controller, which fits perfectly in Twizy's steering wheel

you are able to use any IR controller (with NEC protocol codes).
In fact I have decided to not hardcode the IR button codes inside the fw, but to leave them fully customizable in the web server Expansion port page.
To help you in finding the codes of your IR controller, you'll find in that page a receiving monitor which will show the codes of the pressed buttons.
Don't worry: it's an easy task. Just follow this video guide.

I suggest as IR sensor the TSOP4838, which has high efficiency.

Anyway you can use any other IR receiver (also the common Tsop 1738 and Tsop 1838).

Even a precabled IR sensor is usable (the jack pinout is reffered to the one I tested, I cannot guarantee it is the same for all such sensors).

Here is the connection to the expansion port.

R1 and C1 aren't strictly needed, but they improve performance and stability of the sensor.

After a few tests, the best position for the IR sensor is in my opinion on the dashboard, behind the steering wheel, near the key slot.
