Simple Answer, there is no such thing as a printed Repairmanual to buy. Not officialy.
But you dont need it, there is no way to run the Charger outside the Twizy without the propper Bus comands. Its not just a simple Wire to conect.
You wrote that your T is not charging at all... any Errors shown in the Display? Sadly the 99% nessesary solution is to buy a new Charger...

In Dialogys you won't find wiring diagrams or similar.
That's only usefull for parts ordering and it is horrible to use.
What you are looking for is part of the so called "VISU" for Twizy "NT 8593"
Therein you find all wiring diagrams and pinouts of the Twizy.
It is web browser based, but the schematics are in pdf files.

wir haben bereits ein twizy ladegerät repariert, das renault nicht reparieren konnte
und sagte, es sei nicht reparabel.
Dieses Gerät hatte einen Kurzschluss an der 60-Volt-Leitung.

Twizzy charger is being tested as a standalone system with no car ..problem is the charger is a 12pin socket .The display and control head is a 24pin ..I just need the bus working and any links or volts so when the head is switched on it will send on command to the microprocessor pcb and then to switch on the relay coil inside the charger ...I have the 60v at the coil contacts that then needs on signal to pass to the batteries.

What I need to know is even with the charger not charging ..but with the 60v traction batteries charged...and also the 12v battery that feeds the pcb bus....will the twizzy run ok or will it signal error and shut the systen off via the bus..and not run or start the car.

-Blown FETS of HV-Charging. Not repairable with changing the FETS
-Broken 12V charging. Don't know the cause but not repairable with changing the power part.
-Broken connector to HV battery. Repairable with changing it. Battery counterpart is also broken.

Lets do things where they belong to, so, here you started asking about the "Manual" aka Repair/Work/whatever Data.
The Problem in Germany is that Renault never opened the Data to the public, so there is no legal way to share it here in the Forum. Otherwise our Admin Grosstadtfahrer may get into realy big trouble... Copyrights and stuff...
If you want to have these Data you probably have to ask Renault in your Country if they sell it to private Persons, or give a shit about legal things and deep search the Net... anyway, i dont think that even Renault have the Data you require, because of the fact that Electronic Devices are Blackboxes, and the interna is only interesting for the original Companys who build them. And from this french Company you will get nothing, we tryed even as "interested buyers" with a real Company (friend of mine is running a E-tech buisines..) behind the request.
Renault dealers are just replace the Stuff, there is no repairing at all. Even the issue wit the burned Conectors ends with replacement of both sides, the Charger and the komplete Battery!
