Diagnostic results using elm327.
1. DF192 No multiplex signal from BMS
2. DF193 No multiplex signal from BMS
3. DF313 No multiplex signal from BMS
4. DF314 No multiplex signal from BMS
5. DF512 No multiplex signal from BCB
6. DF496 No traction battery ECU
These error codes sign to a problem with a connector.
Check all connections around the battery, always both parts, plug and socket.
As the error appears while trying to charge the battery, the main relais is not needed.
So I suppose that the problem is neither caused by the diode nor by the relais nor by the 500A fuse.
In the past, several times the connector between the charger and the battery caused problems.

Yes, you're right, I spent the evening learning the theory and methods of testing diodes. Probably the problem is not in the diode. thanks for your helpDerk schrieb:

You can't test the diode with a standard multimeter, unless it (the diode) died in a short circuit. Typical breakthrough voltage (when it starts to conduct) is way beyond the voltage supplied by the Multimeter when reading pass-through or resistance. The diode's purpose is overvoltage or transient protection, so unless you apply a suitable high transient voltage, it won't conduct.
I happen to have access to suitable testing equipment (pulse voltage generator) and would be able to verify the diode's functionality, but I don't think it's worth the effort. The problem seems to be elsewhere.
Regards,
Derk
I have checked all fuses and two relays, they work well. They are normally open, when connected to 12 volts they are closed. Today I will continue to look for the cause. One more time....
Did you check the funktion of the relais?
Did you check the 500A main fuse?

Hallo! Yes, of course I checked the relays and fuses inside the traction battery. Dismantling the battery was not an easy task in my garage. I also checked all the connections, and it is clean and there is no overheating. Of course, I learned all the precautions before dismantling.Hupferdriver schrieb: Hello and good morning.you have checked the fuses and relays in the fuse box ! The relay and the 500 A fuse are installed inside the tracktion battery !!! To check the things, the drive battery must be removed and opened. Checking the connector on the traction battery would also be important! Greetings Helmut

Then I´m afraid that the charger is damaged, or even more worse, the BMS is damaged.
Btw: Where are you from?

I also disassembled the charger, everything is dry and there is no corrosion. The fans spin while charging. I don't have enough knowledge to diagnose BMS. I'm from France, Grenoble.Snorre schrieb:

I don't know where to buy circuit diagrams for Twizy. Renault sells access to its repair materials only to professionals. I will be glad if someone will share with me the circuit diagrams.

I´m confused!
Your photo and all these error numbers!
Charging will not be possible in this status!
How can you tell us, that the fans spin while charging?

I`m quite sure that in the state shown above, there will be no charging and no running fans, too!
When I´m charging my Twizy, I can hear the spinning fans too.
But when there is an error, the fans don´t spin!
Or am I mistaken?
